Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMoline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking reliable, skilled part-time Maintenance Technicians/Handymen to manage the upkeep of residential rental communities in West Plains, Missouri.The ideal candidate will enjoy physical, hands-on work, and must be able to work on their own with little supervision. If you think you would be a good fit for the job, we encourage you to apply!Duties will vary day to day, and will include:Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requestsMinor repair work, such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing carpet or plank flooringBasic plumbing work, such as fixing leaky faucetsInstallation of appliancesBasic grounds keepingCleaning of vacant units and general facilities.Must have valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a background checkRequirements and Qualifications:Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desiredMust be available for On CallMust be able to complete assignments with minimal supervisionAbility to work with hand and electrical toolsAbility to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasksCommitment to safety and top-quality work is essentialVeterans, working parents, and retirees are encouraged to apply!Pay rate will range depending on location, hours, experience and qualifications.
