Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster Production PlannerAbout the Role:Are you a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We're seeking an experienced Master Production Scheduler (MPS) to join a global leader in high-performance technical textiles. Our client powers critical industriesfrom aerospace and electric vehicles to defense and industrial insulationand continues to invest in innovation, people, and process improvement.As MPS, youll be at the heart of our planning and supply chain operations, transforming demand forecasts into actionable production plans. You'll work cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless production flow, service level achievement, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage medium- and long-term production plans (3-12 weeks, rolling 12 months)Lead and support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processBalance production capacity, material availability, and customer demandIdentify bottlenecks and propose capacity solutions and scheduling adjustmentsBuild and maintain feasible MPS schedules aligned with customer needsCollaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Plant OperationsMonitor performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, capacity utilization, lead times, MPS adherence)Drive improvements in inventory management, forecast accuracy, and workflow efficiencySupport new product introductions (NPIs) with proactive capacity and schedule planningWhat Were Looking For:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)5+ years of experience in supply chain, production scheduling, or inventory planningStrong knowledge of MPS, S&OP, and ERP systems (M3, SAP, etc.)Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (Pull Flow, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping)Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindsetComfortable collaborating across departments and presenting to stakeholdersAPICS CPIM or similar certification is a plusWhy Join Us?High-impact role in a global, innovative companyOpportunities for growth in supply chain leadership and strategyBe part of a collaborative, forward-thinking teamWork on cutting-edge manufacturing initiatives and new product launchesCompany culture that values people, development, and continuous improvementReady to take your planning career to the next level?Apply today and be part of a company thats shaping the future of technical textiles.Company DescriptionCEO Inc. is an award-winning, full-service search firm that centers on people and is committed to finding the right fit for our candidates and clients alike.
