Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance / Boiler Operator Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient monitoring, repair, preventative and predictive maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes. The role involves taking samples, running tests on products, and working with a computer throughout the day.Responsibilities70% Boiler and 30% maintenance when neededMonitor, repair, and maintain plant equipmentPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and sealsRemove and align motorsTake samples and run tests on productsOperate and troubleshoot computer systemsMaintain accurate and timely maintenance logsUse standard hand and power toolsLift up to 50 lbsDrill into the PLCEssential SkillsElectrical and mechanical skillsBoiler maintenance experienceComputer skillsTroubleshooting abilitiesMechanical aptitudeClass 2B Boiler License or higherAdditional Skills & Qualifications6 months of experience in preventative/predictive maintenanceExperience working with conveyors, pumps, and sealsAbility to use standard hand and power toolsPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
