Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Mechanical Assembler will perform mechanical and electrical wiring on components, engage in brazing and entry-level MIG welding functions, and complete mechanical inspections of products. This position requires assisting workers in inspecting and testing activities, analyzing and resolving work problems related to product design layout, and interacting professionally with all departments, vendors, and customers while maintaining a positive work environment and reinforcing the team approach with co-workers.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical wiring on components.Engage in brazing and entry-level MIG welding functions.Complete mechanical inspections of products.Assist workers engaged in inspecting and testing activities.Analyze and resolve work problems related to product design layout.Maintain a positive work environment and reinforce the team approach with co-workers.Interact professionally with all departments, vendors, and customers.Essential SkillsMechanically inclined with experience in assembly.Ability to read and interpret diagrams and drawings.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience with blueprint reading and mechanical assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.At least 6 months of mechanical or electrical assembly experience.Why Work Here?Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Monday through Thursday hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with opportunities for overtime before or after shifts. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, with reimbursement provided upon direct employment.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
