As a lead carpenter you will be tasked to complete projects such as full build custom homes, commercial buildings, and remodels.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:2-3 years of construction experience is required. Specifics include: basic concrete (foundations and flatwork) structural framing, siding, roofing, window/door installation, and interior finish carpentry (including cabinet installation).Proficient in reading blueprintsExperience using basic construction hand tools (nail guns, saws, etc.)Ability to operate skid steer and telehandler (preferred, not required)Ensure safe working conditions at all timesProfessional attitude and appearanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeamwork and problem solving skillsAbility to complete projects within assigned timeline and budgetBasic computer and phone skillsValid drivers license with reliable personal vehicleResiding within driving distance to Ennis and surrounding areas4050 Development is a growing and ambitious company.
