If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and are passionate about providing excellent service, we want you to be part of our team!What You Will Do and How You Will Contribute: Engage with customers, greet, and assist them to create a positive shopping experienceHelp customers find the right products, provide recommendations and offer solutions for their projectsStock and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, well-presented storeAnswer phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiriesAssist with inventory-related tasks, including performing cycle counts, verifying stock levels and maintaining accurate recordsUpsell related items and promote the Do It Best reward program to build loyaltyFollow company standards and procedures to ensure smooth store operationsProcess checkouts accurately, adhering to proper cash handling proceduresContinuously expand knowledge of products across all departments to enhance service and identify selling opportunitiesAddress and resolve customer issues with management supportMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentComplete all assigned training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policiesAssist in other departments/functions as needed to provide great customer servicePerform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managementWhat You Will Bring to Our Team:High school diploma or equivalent preferredProficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systemsPrevious retail or related industry experience is a plusFamiliarity with cycle counting or inventory processes is beneficialStrong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needsAbility to be a team player, help out wherever needed and contribute to a positive work environmentProblem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and adaptablePhysical ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 lbs, bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout your shiftAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required by the businessIF YOURE READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND GROW WITH US, APPLY TODAY!Whats It Like To Work for Nations Best?
