The role may advance into a lead or captain level position should the incumbent demonstrate sufficient strategic development and enlargement of performance scope. The successful person will be an advocate of our mission, values and brand from a catering and banquets level.What Youll Be Doing:Set up event spaces like a prothink polished silverware, crisp linens, sparkling glassware, and everything in between.Get everything guest-ready before the doors open, from filling water glasses to prepping salads and rolls.Serve each course with a smile and handle guest requests with easewhether its a drink refill or a quick solution to a question.Work buffet lines and cocktail hours like a champ, keeping things neat, well-stocked, and guest-friendly.Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to make sure every detail is spot-on.Confidently chat about the menu and answer questions about ingredients or preparation.After the applause dies down, help clear the space and reset for the next big event.Tackle closing duties and team tasks with efficiency and positivity.Step up to help with anything else needed to keep things running smoothly.Be a go-to for friendly answers about the venue and local areaguests love an insider tip!What Were Looking For:You manage your time well and stay cool under pressure.You're flexible and available for a variety of shiftsweekends, evenings, and holidays are all part of the fun.Youre physically up for the challengelifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, and navigating stairs are no problem.Youre at least 18 (since wine service might be on the menu).Your Experience & Extras:High school diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of similar experience in hospitality or events.Bonus points if you know a thing or two about wine and how to serve it.Ready to bring the energy, the service, and the smiles?
