This full-time role primarily supports outpatient care with some inpatient and swing bed coverage. Its an excellent opportunity to serve a close-knit rural community while gaining broad experience across therapy settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive physical therapy treatments for outpatient clientsSupport inpatient and swing bed rehab services as neededParticipate in care planning, progress evaluations, and interdisciplinary communicationMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with therapy protocolsQualificationsActive Texas PT or PTA license (required)Current CPR/BLS certificationStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered careAbout the FacilityWe are a 25-bed critical access hospital with a legacy of care since 1939.
