Here, you will enjoy the flow of a team meant to succeed together.If you are ready to take your career to the next level, apply for our Fyzician Liaison job opening today!ResponsibilitiesFyzician Liaison job responsibilities include:Generate sales lead/prospective-customer listsCanvass customer orders within designated travel areaBe available to assist customers by phone or in personUse samples or company catalog to showcase productsTrade show attendanceCollaborate with company reps to ensure accounts and literature are currentKeep all customer information up-to-date in an electronic databaseCreate and preserve referring practice relationshipsTransactions/expense account reportingLook into and find resolutions to any customer complaintsCompile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leadsTravel throughout assigned territory to solicit orders from regular and prospective customersTalk with customers on the sales floor or by phoneDisplay or demonstrate products using samples or catalog; attend trade showsWork with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up-to-dateCoordinate customer training; enter new customer data and current customer sales data into computer databaseDevelop and maintain relationships with referring practicesParticipate with direct mail program, assuring developed pieces are processedPrepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accountsInvestigate and resolve customer problems with deliveriesRequired SkillsFyzician Liaison required skills & qualifications include:Four-year college degreeRelated sales/cutomer service experience and/or training that equals 1+ year(s)Must be able to travel locallyBachelors degree preferredAt least 1 year of related experience and/or training (sales/customer service)Willing to travel within an assigned territory
