Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled maintenance technicians for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positions. You will be working in a clean, temperature-controlled, and quiet environment, with state-of-the-art facilities. Each technician is provided with their own tablet for work orders and paperwork.ResponsibilitiesRespond to operator calls and troubleshoot issues, comprising 50-60% of the job.Troubleshoot and perform minor edits on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.Rehome, set points, and start up Fanuc and Motoman robots.Replace sensors and vision system components.Essential SkillsExperience in PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.Electrical troubleshooting, including 480v systems.Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.Ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance.Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.Strong electrical skills are highly desirable.No specific educational or certification requirements.Why Work Here?Join a company with a strong team culture and a tenured crew with an average of 9 years of experience.
