Client Service Specialist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInsight Global is hiring a Client Service Representative for a top financial services client in Fairfield, Iowa. This position does require to work onsite 5 days a week so applicants must be local to the area. This Client Service Representative will be responsible for answering 100+ calls per day from current clients and confirming account information.Desired:Customer Service Skills (call center environment preferred)Computer Skills (able to navigate multiple screens & learn new systems) The ability to type 30-40 words per minute Compensation:$18/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
