Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: On-Site RecruiterLocation: Madisonville TXJob Summary:The On-Site Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition and employee relations at the clients location. This role serves as the primary liaison between the staffing agency and the client, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining a high level of employee engagement, compliance, and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.Build strong relationships with client leadership and department supervisors to understand staffing requirements and workplace culture.Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation, safety training, and policy acknowledgment.Track attendance, address employee issues, and escalate concerns as needed.Monitor employee performance and support corrective action processes when required.Maintain accurate records and reporting related to recruiting, assignments, and employee relations.Conduct daily check-ins, support shift coverage, and ensure adequate staffing levels.Serve as a point of contact for both the client and associates regarding HR policies, payroll, and scheduling.Ensure compliance with all company, client, and legal employment standards.Working Conditions:This role is primarily based at the client site with occasional travel to the branch office.May involve standing/walking within the warehouse or production areas.Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on client needs.Company DescriptionAt Partners Personnel, our dedicated Recruiting Specialists work to find you a job that best suits your needs, schedule, and strengths.
