Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a new area of our facility, focused on products undergoing chemical treatment and waste systems. This role involves overseeing a team of 10+ professionals, including painters, general laborers, inspectors, and material handlers. Ideal candidates will have experience in water treatment plants or chemical treatment facilities.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of 10+ professionals in the production area.Oversee chemical treatment and waste systems processes.Coordinate operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Communicate effectively with team members and clients.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.Manage waste systems, chemical dosing systems, and industrial equipment.Conduct lab testing and ensure quality control.Essential SkillsExperience in chemical and wastewater treatment.Strong supervision and leadership skills.Knowledge of chemistry and chemical handling.Familiarity with waste management processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of various chemical treatments and safety protocols.Familiarity with environmental regulations.Clear communication skills.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team where you have the opportunity to lead and develop a new portion of our facility from the ground up.
