Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:-Two very critical things we are looking for in a Superintendent. Cold climate building experience and some form of water experience. Without that, we are not interested.Candidate should have extensive experience in municipal water and/or pool projects, and at least should have a minimum ten years of verifiable supervisory experience.The superintendent will be the manager who instructs our workers directly, including assigning teams to specific jobs, providing training for new hires and/or directing workers on the order of tasks to be performed. The superintendent maintains records of labor, daily site logs, SWPPP records, and tracks the inventory of supplies and materials to guard against loss and to ensure that vital materials are ordered and delivered to meet the schedule. The superintendent coordinates the activities of a variety of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers. They will be required to work closely with the architect or engineer who designed the project and the project manager.
