We provide Service Done Right and live out our Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Relentless Drive, Customer Focused, and Win as a Team.What You'll Do:Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks and equipment.Communicate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure accurate work order updates.Complete 40-point inspections and thorough documentation.Stay current on industry trends and continue improving your skills.Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.Why Join Us:Be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and relentless improvement.Opportunities for training and growth.Help customers get back on the road while building your own skills and career.Requirements:Practical experience with truck/tractor/trailer maintenance requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required - vocational/technical or certification preferredSpecialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications preferredA valid drivers license is requiredCurrent CDL license with air brake certification preferred, ability to obtain CDL requiredAbility to lift, push, pull, carry and handle heavy machinery (up to 100 lbs), truck components and tools as needed for day to day operations.
