Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20 Hour DOEJob Description:The Property Manager will be an on-site representative responsible for assisting the Regional Manager with day-to-day operations of our mobile home park. This is a part-time role that involves a variety of tasks to help maintain the community, support residents, and manage the property efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Post notices, violations, and other communications within the community.Assist in renting out available spaces, including showing properties and handling inquiries.Meet with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services, ensuring work is completed satisfactorily.Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with park rules and standards.Address resident concerns and escalate issues to the Regional Manager as needed.Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing reports and maintaining records.Support in organizing community events and fostering a positive living environment for residents.Qualifications:Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repairs is a plus.Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with some physical tasks involved.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:Competitive hourly payFlexible part-time scheduleGain experience in real estate management and community operationsExpected hours:15 20 per weekIf you are a motivated, reliable, and community-oriented individual looking to work part-time in a real estate management role, wed love to hear from you!
