Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: As a Welder at TSU One, you will be an essential part of our team, working on fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment according to blueprints and specifications. Join a team that prioritizes safety, quality, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Weld, cut, and fabricate metal materials according to project specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Inspect welds for quality and ensure proper functionality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow safety protocols and procedures.Qualifications:Previous experience as a welder or in a similar role (preferred but not required).Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to adhere to safety standards.Important Notes:No need to provide your own welding rig!
