Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Laborers for the seasonal landscaping season. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in lawn care or groundskeeping and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position is responsible for performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance duties to ensure properties are kept clean, attractive, and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities:Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns using commercial lawn equipmentPull weeds, prune shrubs, and maintain flower bedsApply mulch, soil, and fertilizers as neededOperate and maintain lawn care tools and machinery safelyEnsure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each useAssist with seasonal clean-up, leaf removal, and other groundskeeping tasksFollow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issuesMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor when on client propertyQualifications:Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of lawn maintenance or landscaping experienceAbility to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor environmentsDependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a teamValid driver's license preferred but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsWork Schedule:Seasonal position; workdays and hours may vary based on weather and workloadMay include weekends during peak seasonBenefits (if applicable):Opportunity to return for future seasonal work based on performanceJob Posted by ApplicantPro
