Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSupply Management PlannerLocation: Fully onsite, with flexibility to be based out of any John Deere facilityVisa sponsorship is NOT available now or in the future for this positionRobert Half is proud to partner with John Deere to find a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Management Planner. In this role, youll be on the front lines of John Deeres global supply chainensuring timely delivery of purchased parts, supporting supplier performance, and helping to keep factory operations running smoothly. This fully onsite position is open to candidates located near any John Deere facility.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of purchased parts from both internal and external suppliers- Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delays, shortages, or quality issues- Collaborate with production teams to forecast part requirements and ensure adequate inventory- Maintain strong communication with suppliers to manage expectations and resolve issues- Use Excel to track deliveries, create reports, and manage supply chain data- Participate in supply chain planning meetings and assist with process improvements- Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for late deliveries- Work with SAP and other internal systems to manage purchase orders and delivery schedulesWhy Robert Half:When you work with Robert Half, you gain a career partner who advocates for your success.
