Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:The Paint Line Lead is responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a group of employees to achieve organizational goals all while working alongside the team. This role involves motivating and inspiring the team to achieve KPI goals, 5S strategies all while assigning tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Hours: 2:30pm - 1:15am, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed) Responsibilities: Load and unload parts on the conveyor line Mask and unmask parts as required Ensure proper application of powder coating on various components Monitor the conveyor line to ensure smooth operationInspect parts for quality and adherence to specificationsLoad and unload painted partsCreate an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages team bonding and demonstrates flexibilityDevelop strategies that team members can use to better reach project goalsAssign tasks to team membersCommunicate clear instructions to team membersTrain team members to enhance their skills and performanceHelp define and set goals for the team and monitor progress towards achieving company KPI goalsCreate an inspiring and motivating environment for the teamOrganize work and ensure efficient workflow utilizing 5S principlesAdditional duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:Great work ethic and attendance Excellent problem solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Continuous improvement mindset Ability to use various computer systemsAbility to lift 50lbs High school diploma or GED requiredSupervisory experience preferred
