Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring Retail Sales Associate-Power Tools: We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help drive success in our Hardware Department, with a strong focus on power tools. This position involves engaging with customers to recommend and sell power tools and related products, answering product-related questions, and maintaining well-stocked, organized displays. As the face of the company, the Retail Sales Associate provides prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service to ensure a positive shopping experience. If this describes you, come grow with Family Center Farm & Home!Essential Duties:Provide exceptional customer service.Greet, assist, and engage with customers helpfully and courteously.Answer incoming phone calls and attend to customers simultaneously.Inform customers of current sales and promotions.Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.Maintain in-depth knowledge of various power tool brands, specifications, features, and safe usage.Demonstrate power tools when appropriate and explain proper handling and maintenance.Follow all safety protocols when handling tools or assisting customers with demonstrations.Complete general housekeeping of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.Work with management to arrange and rotate items and displays on the sales floor, keeping merchandise organized and easily accessible to customers.Responsible for organizing, stocking, and restocking shelves with available products.Join Family Center Farm & Home: Founded in 1965 by the Mills family, Family Center Farm & Home Stores remain family-owned and operated to this day.
