In this critical role, youll manage scheduling, dispatching, and customer service to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. Youll work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly and support our growth.What Youll DoSchedule recurring services for existing customers and coordinate same-day or emergency dispatches.Manage our customer service line, providing friendly and professional support to clients.Maintain accurate customer records and information using ServiceTrade software.Collaborate with technicians to execute daily scheduling needs efficiently.Partner with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.What Were Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skills to build trust with clients.Above-average computer skills, with specific experience in Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.Exceptional attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and may qualify you for a higher starting wage.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay: Start at $21/hour, with potential for more if bilingual in Spanish.
