Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Bartender/Server prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and policies. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the companys P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain balanced cash drawerComplete daily bar tending duties including cleaning and stocking the barProvide a high level of customer serviceMaintain work station standards at all timesPerform all job functions in a safe and responsible mannerCheck identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcoholSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneQUALIFICATIONS Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize work demandsEffectively operate and work with latest standard office technologyMust be detail orientedEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDPrior bar tending experience preferredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMissouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. COMPUTER SKILLSMust have high level computer skills with experience in excel.REASONING ABILITYRemembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decision, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractins, Remembering Names & Faces, and Examining & Observing Details.PHYSICAL DEMANDSStanding, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Hearing, Sitting, Bending / Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, & Balancing.
