At Uplift, Inc., were looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Residential Group Home Supervisor to support our dedicated team and the adults with developmental disabilities we serve in Farmingdale, ME.What Youll Do:As a Residential Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire a team of direct care professionals to deliver exceptional support and care. Youll play a vital role in:Overseeing day-to-day home operations and ensuring a warm, respectful environmentManaging staffing, training, evaluations, and schedulingDeveloping and implementing individualized service plansEnsuring compliance with state/federal regulations, especially HCBSThis role is 20/20 with 20 hours of direct care and 20 hours of supervisingPromoting positive partnerships with families, agencies, and the communityParticipating in long-term planning and quality improvement initiativesRequirements:What You Bring:High School diploma or GED (higher education a plus)Minimum 3 years' experience working with people with developmental disabilitiesAt least 1 year of supervisory experienceAbility to meet physical requirements (lifting, transfers, etc.)Valid Maine drivers license and insurable driving recordWillingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekendsEligibility to become a licensed Foster Home AdministratorExperience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities with greater medical needs preferredStarting Pay: $43,950.40/year(Pay increases based on experience and qualifications)Why Uplift?
