Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHiFyve is hiring Diesel Technicians in Genoa, NE!Pay Range:$35 to $45 per hour + OvertimeSchedule:Onsite / Day Shift ScheduleLocation:Genoa, NE (Relocation Assistance Available)Job Duties and Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems across a variety of equipmentPerform advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, and industrial machineryUtilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficientlyComplete engine overhauls, fuel system repairs, and transmission rebuilds with a high level of precisionEnsure compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, and environmental guidelinesMaintain detailed service records and documentation using company CMMS or maintenance tracking systemsCollaborate with fleet managers, supervisors, and operators to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptimeTrain and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniquesConduct routine inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent costly breakdowns and downtimeEducation Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of Diesel Maintenance Experience on Commercial Vehicles and EquipmentASE Certificate or Equivalent strongly preferredA.A.S.
