Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:Patriot CDJR Pryor is looking for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair services on various makes and models of vehicles. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. This is a full-time, flag hour position in the auto industry, with a competitive pay of $26 to $40 per flag hour along with a $3000.00 sign on bonus.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive flag hour rate of $26 to $40 per flag hour based on experience - Bi-weekly pay schedule- Opportunity for bonuses- Paid time off and holidays- Health, dental, and vision insurance- On-the-job training and development- Advancement opportunities within the company- Employee discounts on products and services-$3000.00 sign on bonus !!!!!!!!!!!Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner- Communicate with Parts Department and Advisors about vehicle issues and recommendations for repairs- Keep detailed and accurate records of all services and repairs performed- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities- Other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- 1+ years of experience as an automotive service technician required, flag hour based on experience- ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment required- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures required- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and customer service skills required- Professional attitude and appearance- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time- Must be able to pass a background check EEOC Statement:Patriot CDJR Pryor is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
