If you have the skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, this is your opportunity to step into a full-time role with great pay and benefits.What You'll Do:Install, maintain, and repair production machines and equipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic systems, motors, controls, and gas, water, and air linesDisassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, ensuring proper alignment and adjustmentsPerform welding, sheet metal work, and machine tool operations as neededLubricate motors, conveyors, pumps, and other equipmentConduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtimeEnsure safe and proper use of tools and equipmentPerform general facility maintenance tasksSchedule:Full-time, 10-hour shifts (Monday - Thursday)Friday and Saturday as scheduledPay & Benefits:$20+ per hour (based on experience)401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceHoliday pay and paid time offReferral program and stay-on bonusesWhat You Bring:Ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagramsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency with measuring instruments and general math skillsExcellent communication and attendance recordPrevious manufacturing experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or olderPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and stand for extended periodsAbility to reach, operate tools, and work in various positionsReady to put your skills to work?
