Do you have the skills to be an Automotive Mechanic with the drive & desire to work 40/hrs, but be paid for 80? EARNING POTENTIAL: $100K+Pay will be determined by your skill level, experience, and knowledge as an Automotive Technician. As an Automotive Technician at Greenville Chevrolet, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles. You will work with a team of experienced mechanics to ensure all customer vehicles are maintained, repaired, and cared for to the highest standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:Performing diagnostic tests to identify vehicle problemsRepairing and replacing parts on vehiclesConducting routine maintenance and inspectionsTest driving vehicles to ensure proper functionalityDocumenting all work performed and parts usedCommunicating with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairsKeeping up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and per the dealershipTest drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is neededProvide estimates needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsREQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repairsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent manual dexterityAbility to operate and use automotive diagnostic equipmentGood communication and customer service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseBENEFITS:Top Tier Compensation determined by skill level, experience, & knowledge as an Automotive Technician.
