Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMetro Services is looking to hire a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for a company in Dartmouth, MA. This is a direct hire position. Apply Now!Duties for this position include:Implement and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for injection molding presses, tools, robots, and automated equipmentCoordinate maintenance activities for specialized machinery, including sewing, cutting, and embroidery machinesOversee utilities maintenance, including compressors and water chillersDocument maintenance procedures and equipment specificationsRespond to emergency repair situations and coordinate technician activitiesFacility and Equipment Support: Serve as technical point of contact for facility infrastructure, including building systems, access controls, and utility servicesCoordinate with contractors and vendors for routine repairs and maintenanceConduct regular inspections of equipment and facilitiesEnsure proper inventory of maintenance parts and suppliesFollow and enforce safety standards and regulationsOperational Technology Support: Provide technical support for programs, HMI systems, and automated equipmentAssist with troubleshooting equipment issues and control systemsSupport the implementation of new equipment and technologyCoordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical service and supportMaintain documentation for operational technology systemsCompensation (USD):$60,000 - $65,000/year depending on experienceSchedule:Monday - Friday7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.We are currently seeking candidates from the following areas:Providence, RIPortsmouth, RIUxbridge, MATaunton, MAFairhaven, MANew Bedford, MAFall River, MABoston, MASuccessful candidates must meet the following requirements:Associate's degree or technical certification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment Pass Drug Screen/BackgroundWHY APPLY FOR A JOB AT METRO SERVICES?If you're ready to take hold of your career, we can help you start down the right path, and we'll be with you the whole way.
