Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Stock Cutter/General LaborerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Stock Cutter/General Laborer to join our team in Conway, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and measuring stock before and after machining. You will work with band saws and perform deburring tasks. Training is provided, but you should have relevant experience using tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.ResponsibilitiesCut and measure stock materials pre and post-machining.Operate band saws and perform deburring tasks.Ensure accuracy and precision in all cutting tasks.Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive work environment.Essential SkillsProduction and machine operation experience.Ability to handle loading and general labor tasks.Experience with forklift operation.Warehouse inventory management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Experience working in a team environment.1 year or more of previous manufacturing or construction experience.Why Work Here?We offer an awesome benefits package and a true team environment where every team member is genuinely happy and collaborative. We have made significant capital investments to enhance our facilities. Currently, we have 17 machining centers and a small team of about 12 employees, allowing for a close-knit and supportive work environment. Our team includes many community-involved individuals, such as volunteer firefighters, who are passionate about helping others learn and excel.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conway, New Hampshire.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
