Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: General Production Worker Weekly Pay $18/hr Job DescriptionWe are seeking a General Production Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling products directly from the production line, including reclaimed rubber pellets, buckfill, or rubber mulch. You will be responsible for bagging the products, transporting them to pallets, and securing them with shrink wrap for shipping. Additionally, you will assist in various tasks around the plant and conduct quality checks, ensuring products meet visual inspection standards.ResponsibilitiesRemove product from the production line, including reclaimed rubber pellets, buckfill, or rubber mulch.Bag the product and transport it to pallets.Secure pallets with shrink wrap material and prepare for shipping.Conduct initial quality checks and document inspection results.Assist with general tasks around the plant as needed.Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members.Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches.Participate in regular training sessions and cross-train team members.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic understanding of quality checks and inspections.Experience in production, general labor, or packaging.Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience in a production environment.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Prior experience in labor-intensive or production-based environments preferred.Entry-level candidates considered.Why Work Here?This role offers the unique opportunity to transform an operation and be part of a growing plant from the ground up.
