Grain elevator personnel may be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks involved with helping other departments.Requirements/Certifications:Strong work ethic, team player, experience with agriculture, farm equipment, and mechanical aptitude is strongly preferred; valid drivers license, able to work inside and outside in all types of weather; working at heights and confined spaces and ability to work seasonal hours.
