Using specialized tools and equipment, you complete quality repairs and maintenance services on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. As you work, you keep safety at the forefront. You also participate in our ongoing training programs to sharpen your skills and learn more about diesel engines and John Deere equipment.OUR REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experienceAbility to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipmentAbility to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of timeValid driver's licenseWhile not required, our ideal candidate also meets at least one of these preferred qualifications:Formal John Deere training (JDU)10+ years of experience in the agricultural industryPositive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealerJOIN US!Since 1996, 21st Century Equipment LLC has empowered farmers with cutting-edge agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
