This role directly reports to our Creative Director and acts as a key creative driver and mentor for our talented team. The Lead Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing distinctive, high-quality residential interior projects from initial concept through final installation, upholding our studio's exceptional standards and commitment to excellence.Who You Are:Visionary Leader: You inspire and motivate your team by providing clear creative direction and thoughtful guidance.Passionate Creative: You have a strong point of view, an elevated aesthetic, and a deep love for interiors that are both beautiful and livable.Collaborative & Charismatic: You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, building relationships with clients, team members, and industry professionals.Highly Organized: You manage complex timelines, multiple projects, and detailed design execution with clarity and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Own the full lifecycle of interior design projects, from concept through installation, ensuring creative excellence and smooth execution.Client Experience: Present confidently to high-end clients, communicate design intent clearly, and build strong, trusted relationships throughout the process.Creative Direction: Translate client goals and studio vision into refined, functional designs, collaborating closely with the Creative Director to uphold brand standards.Team Mentorship: Lead, guide, and support designers at all levels, offering thoughtful feedback and fostering growth across the team.Execution & Oversight: Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure every detail supports the design intent and project success.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in residential interior design, including managing large-scale luxury projects.Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.Deep knowledge of design principles, materials, custom furnishings, and project coordination.Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Revit.Prior experience managing and mentoring design teams.Why Youll Love This Role:Be part of a collaborative and highly creative design studio, recognized for excellence in luxury residential interiors.Opportunity to lead sophisticated projects, making a significant creative impact and contribution to the firms continued success.Enjoy a supportive and growth-focused environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and advancement.Why Join Us:Award-Winning Culture - Be part of a people-first company thats recognized for excellence.
