With a focus on innovation, career growth, and an energetic, supportive culture, the team is looking for passionate, licensed insurance professionals ready to make an impact.The RoleAs an Insurance Producer, you will be central to delivering the companys mission of providing competitive, high-quality insurance solutions tailored to each clients needs. Success in this role means building and managing a robust sales pipeline, educating clients on their options, and meeting sales and cross-sell goals in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a monthly pipeline of 140-150 prospects through outbound calls and diligent follow-ups.Provide expert insurance guidance, comparing offerings across multiple carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating strong cross-selling and objection-handling skills.Use multiple carrier systems and a CRM tool to manage client interactions and ensure accurate documentation.Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and carrier offerings.Collaborate with team members and management, actively participating in feedback and coaching sessions.Ensure a top-tier customer experience by providing clear, confident, and helpful communication.RequirementsActive Property & Casualty Insurance license (Arizona required; multi-state licensing highly valued).Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience in a call center environment.Proven ability to sell across multiple states and carriers, with experience using a comparative rater.Strong sales mindset, motivated by performance incentives and commission opportunities.Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous self-improvement.Nice to HaveLicensure in all 50 states (top priority consideration).Familiarity with multiple insurance platforms and advanced sales techniques.SalaryCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.Opportunity to earn between $65,000-$85,000 in total compensation during the first year, with uncapped commission potential for top performers.Clear pathway for career advancement and increased base salary tied to performance milestones.LocationBased at Hayden and Scottsdale, Arizona.In-office Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with hybrid/remote options considered after promotion to Insurance Agent II for local hires.
