This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and an interest in developing technical skills in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities:Follow written and verbal instructions to support daily operations.Assist in basic machine operation and equipment maintenance.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Support flexible scheduling needs, including different shifts as required.Must have Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to comprehend and follow technical, written and verbal instructions.Any hands-on experience in engineering or technical disciplines is a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.Flexible availability and strong sense of responsibility.Preferred Qualifications:Machine operating experienceLaser ProcessingUsage of microscopesHours - 7:00AM - 3:00PM
