Uniforms/coveralls, tool allowance, incentives, excellent working hours, and work every other Saturday during peak seasons and no Saturdays during winter months.What youll focus on:Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of informationMay participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledgeOperate and maintain vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilitiesMaintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashionFollow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsConduct or support customer clinicsMaintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products Other duties as assignedWhat we need from you:Ability to perform service repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual proceduresExperience working with the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in off road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipmentAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentStrong communication skill verbally and in writingMust have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilitiesValid drivers license requiredEver better if you have (although not required to apply):Demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metricsExperience with basic computer functions; experience using Service ADVISOR or other computer based diagnostic repair toolsCDL (Commercial Drivers License)Leading Edge Equipment is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
