The candidate will assist customers over the phone and face to face ordering and researching parts for the John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. Come work for high integrity and successful John Deere Dealership.What Youll DoSelling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessoriesIn store customer serviceOverall organizational promotionsWorking with all vendors and alternate resourcesBeing a team player and working with internal and external customersMonitoring shortages and expediting processesKeeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderlyEnsure that inventory control practices are followedRequirements:What it TakesProvide robust customer service to internal and external customersBasic computer skillsHigh Energy, and positive attitudeGood computer research skillsStrong customer Service SkillsExcellent oral communication and written skillsStrong organizational skillsPreferredA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer serviceExperience with John Deere EquipmentEducationHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
