Looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive results in a dynamic environment? We are hiring a Plant Manager for our aggregate operations in Colorado. If you have the skills to inspire teams, manage change, and deliver operational excellence we want to hear from you!You will lead all aspects of our aggregate plant operations including safety, production, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability while driving a culture of excellence. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production and guide the team toward achieving operational goals.What you will be doing Provide daily operational guidance to plant personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and all MSHA and environmental regulationsEnforce quality standards and hold team members accountable to performance expectations, policies, and proceduresLead and support team members through training, mentoring, and performance guidance to foster a safe and effective workforcePromote and maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment, fostering a culture of safety excellenceMonitor production performance, record downtime, and maintain accurate training and operational recordsIdentify opportunities to improve production processes and participate in business-related improvement projectsAssist in developing and executing short- to mid-term mine plans to meet operational targetsOversee preventive maintenance schedules, submit and track work orders, coordinate repairs, and minimize equipment downtimeManage inventory levels, ensure accurate production reporting, and reconcile data with inventory flyoversOrder parts, materials, and supplies as needed, accurately track spending, and ensure production costs remain within budgetCommunicate with the sales team to ensure product supply meets sales demand and address customer service issuesCoordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate operational concernsAssist in defining, planning, and delivering capital or process improvement projectsPerform other duties as assigned to support plant and company objectivesWhat we would like from you Five or more years of experience in the aggregate industry with knowledge of operational best practices, including mine planning, plant processes, and material flowProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage changeExperience operating heavy equipmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands while communicating effectively and resolving conflictsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of ExcelBachelors degree in a related discipline preferredLocation and other key details: This is a full-time, permanent field-based role at our Jeffco siteStandard hours are Monday to Friday, with some hours required on Saturdays as wellOccasional overtime will be required25% travel will be required to assigned plant location(s) and construction job sitesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly sits, stands, walks, types, and occasionally lifts up to 50 lbsMust be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and challenging outdoor environmentsMust possess a valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)Fitness for duty testing, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal background checks are requiredSalary Range: $96,000.00 - 120,000.00 USDWhy BURNCO?
