This role blends advanced skin care and makeup artistry with leadership, ensuring we continue delivering top-tier experiences to our clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Expert Treatments: Deliver high-quality facials, waxing, brow shaping, eyelash extensions, spray tans, and makeup services (both bridalevent and daily glam).Lead & Mentor: Guide and support the esthetics team, train staff on techniques and brand standards, and help foster career growth.Client Consultations: Assess skin concerns, recommend tailored treatments and home-care products, and deliver outstanding guest service.Quality Control: Maintain salon cleanliness, equipment, and product inventory with meticulous attention to detail.Collaborate: Coordinate with stylists and bridalevent teams to deliver seamless, cohesive beauty solutions.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years working as an Esthetician and Makeup Artist in a salon, spa, bridal, or event setting.Licensure: Valid Esthetician (or relevant) license in New York State.Technical Skills: Proficient in a range of esthetic treatments and makeup techniques--including bridalevent looks and natural glam.Leadership Skills: Previous training experience or mentorship roles are a plus; naturally collaborative and supportive.Client Focus: Excellent communication skills and a passion for personalized, high-touch guest experiences.Brand Alignment: Appreciation for Make Me Fab’s commitment to natural, kind, community-oriented beauty.Experience with lash extensions would be preferred, but not a must.Experienced with Bridal Makeup applications.Must be flexible and available nights and weekends. What You’ll ReceiveA welcoming team culture where your creativity and kindness shine.Opportunities to specialize in bridal and event beauty, plus broader salon services.Professional development and advanced training in the latest esthetic petitive compensation and productservice benefits.A beautiful, downtown Saratoga Springs work setting with a loyal and appreciative bination of hourly plus commission paid position based on experience.
