This role will primarily involve working the second shift, which allows for flexibility in your schedule. We are especially interested in applicants with experience in web off-set printing, as this expertise is vital for our printing processes. However, we are also keen to consider ambitious candidates who have mechanical proficiency and a desire to learn the printing trade from the ground up.As a pressman at The Gettysburg Times, you will take on the critical task of operating printing presses, handling setup, and ensuring production runs smoothly. You will monitor print outputs for quality control, adjust equipment settings when necessary, and collaborate with the team to meet our production goals.
