Maintenance Person

Salisbury Management, Inc. - Maintenance Person -Full-timeregular pay up to $30 per hour according to skill level. After completion of probationary period, company vehicle provided, health dental insurance and HSA offered. Primary duties: Handyperson Maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator. Managed property sites include condominium associations, and some commercial buildings concentrated in the Central Mass area. Wokers to perform interiorexterior building maintenance and repairs. Keeps records of time spentwork orders completed. Other general duties as assigned. Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s license and must possess general knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in the maintenance field. Physical strength and the ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor are required. Applicants must possess abilities to interact professionally with unit owners, tenants and association trustees.
