Foundry Manager

We are a small Non-ferrous continuous cast and perm mold foundry, seeking to hire a Foundry Manager.Responsibilities:Manage overall foundry operations.Responsible for safety, quality and production.Ensure all foundry issues are promptly addressed using problem solving skills and root cause analysis.Maintain inventory levels of materials required for foundry production processes.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.Participate in staff meetings to coordinate daily foundry activities.Oversee employee management and development.Participate in the hiring of foundry personnel.Qualifications:Experience in casting processes, metallurgy or relevant foundry technologies preferred but not necessary.
