General Factory Labor

Silver City Aluminum is a privately owned extrusion operation located in Taunton, MA. We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift factory laborers. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible work schedule which may include occasional overtime. On the job training, and safety training will be provided. Starting rate will be between $16-$18 per hour depending on experience and assigned shift. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and follow company safety guidelines.Benefits include health, vision, dental, disability, life insurance. Full-time employees are eligible after 90-day probationary period. Voluntary 401k participation after 6 months with an employer match up to 3%.
