We are looking for those that are committed to these same values.Micro Centers Marketing Team is currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst for our Customer Strategy and Analytics Team who can lead digital reporting, dashboarding, and analysis to personalize our customer journeys. The right candidate should not only have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies but be a dynamic storyteller enabling them to provide strong recommendations and insights to personalize our digital customer journeys. While metrics, statistics and reports are important, being able to derive a meaningful story with key insights or trends and present that to leadership is critical for this role.If youre part digital analyst and part business strategist, and you enjoy diving into the data yourself to find out the Why, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with Micro Centers expanding Marketing team.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: Work directly with the Customer Strategy and Analytics team to strategize and implement insights that help drive strategic decisionsDevelop regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting rooted in drawing out digital campaign performance insights, optimization and recommendations to improve KPIsOwn the measurement and insights for website optimization and AB testingDeliver or automate weekly reports to the organization utilizing BI tools including Google Analytics, Bloomreach Customer Data Platform and Microsoft ExcelLead the overall strategy and execution of web tagging and tag management initiatives acting as our Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4), Google Tag Manager, and Bloomreach Tag Manager expert Lead the continued development of our marketing channel attribution analysisManage & grow consumer focused analytics practices, staying on top of best of breed technologies and vendorsRelationships:? Reports directly to the Marketing Analytics Manager Supports Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Merchandise Teams EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE? Preferred Educational Level: BABS or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 4 years' work experience as a Digital Analyst or equivalent position requiredMinimum of 2 years' work experience using website optimization, personalization and AB testing platform toolsMinimum of 2 years' work experience with tag management software (Google Tag Manager) and journeyevent trackingMinimum of 2 years' work experience analyzing digital ad campaigns from Google, Facebook or similarSkills:Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing & Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, BI Tools, Facebook Ads Manager)Expert proficiency in ExcelExperience with testing methodologies, including attribution modeling and AB testingFamiliarity with standard web languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptPreferred intermediate SQL querying ability and understanding of relational databases.Ability to clearly explain technical ideas verbally and in writingStrong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
