Cottonwood Apartments in Spicer, MN, is seeking a people oriented, self-motivated person to provide day-to-day maintenance, painting, cleaning, repairs, & other various duties relating to the care and upkeep of the property, including unit turnover work & responding to maintenance requests throughout the property.Work requirements also include keeping the grounds neat & clean in appearance. Monitoring of all life-safety equipment such as fire alarms & extinguishers & ensuring these systems are operable & are inspected by a licensed contractor at least once every 12 months. Keep records of all equipment inventory & all maintenance work completed in each unit as requested by work orders.Position has a flexible schedule.
