This person will be the backbone of our administrative functions--ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings (virtual and in-person), coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare munication Management: Serve as primary liaison--screen, route, and respond to internal and external requests with professionalism.Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, oversee workspace organization, manage mail and courier service.Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.Document Handling: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and presentations. Maintain organized records, both digital and physical.Event Support: Assist with internal events or external engagements as needed.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1-3 years in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within finance, real estate, or professional munication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
