Storage Facility Assistant Manager (Toledo Area) Compensation: $17hr Hour bumped to $18hr once hired on! (4 days during the week) 8:30am-5:30pm & Every Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm5 DAY A WEEK WORK SCHEDULEBe prepared to work 32-40 hours a weekCustomer Service: Meet or exceed net rental goal each month by renting all available spaces Follow up on all internet, email or phone leads Ensure phones are answered in a professional manner Show a storage unit to every customer Provide greater than expected customer service Being polite and respectful, listening to customer's needs Escalate customer concerns as necessary, following up with the customerDuties include: Rental Applications for the storage units Assist walk-inslot tours of different size of units (inside and outside) Manage and float between multiple locations (Must be willing to travel to multiple locations during the week (up to 2-3 locations a week - 1 LOCATION EACH DAY)#1349OSExpress Office: Toledo 5350 Airport Highway Suite 104Toledo, OH 43615
