Plumbing Manager Estimator

Titan Drilling is seeking a motivated, experienced Plumbing ManagerEstimator for our ever growing company. Job requires on site surveys, some hands-on plumbing as well.We offer benefits such as Health insurance, Paid sick time, Paid vacation time, 401K retirement, as well aspension plan and more.Job requires at least 5 days a week, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Pay will be determined by experience.The Plumbing ManagerEstimator oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects while ensuring cost-effective and high-quality results. This position combines leadership and technical expertise with strong estimating and project management skills. Responsibilities include preparing accurate bids, takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, as well as managing budgets, schedules, and resources once work is awarded. The Plumbing ManagerEstimator supervises plumbing staff, coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and ensures compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Additional duties include reviewing blueprints and specifications, tracking project progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams and build client relationships.
