Growing together. As Lead Pharmacy Clerk, you'll be a primary leader of the Fulfillment operational team, utilizing your expert knowledge and skills to directly assist pharmacy leadership in ensuring our members receive the highest quality product, our employees are properly trained and developed, and the pharmacy is in compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines.Position Location: 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211Position Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:00-4:30pm and Friday from 7:00am-3:30pmPrimary Responsibilities:Completes Pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work resultsAssists in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesProvides leadership for training and development of teamMonitors individual and team performance to ensure team is meeting and exceeding expectationsProvides inspirational leadership and guidance to the team as the subject matter expertDiagnose process improvement opportunities and partner with Senior leadership to drive continuous improvementSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirementsManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemLiaise with suppliers and transport companiesPlan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsProduce reports and statistics regularlyObtain and maintain all licensures and training as required by company, state, and federal guidelinesMaintain necessary certifications and training to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.)Act as resource and leader for entire teamOwn and complete more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadershipYoull be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience working in a production environmentIntermediate level of proficiency with computer applicationsAbility to work onsite at 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211, Monday through Thursday from 8:00-4:30pm and Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, including flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as neededAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaksPreferred Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of KansasNational Pharmacy Technician Certification1+ years of supervisory experience1+ year experience as a Pharmacy TechnicianPrevious experience working in a mail order settingSoft Skills: Organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives Experience driving continuous improvements and implementing change in an organizationExperience driving results through effective Performance Management practices and toolsAbility to demonstrate creating a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness and diversityGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong teamwork and cooperation skills     Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
